Cancellation Policy — Bike Rentals & Tours

1. Full prepayment is required to confirm your reservation..

2. Cancel For Any Reason Insurance is available to all guests at the time of online booking and can also be purchased by phone or email up to 10 days after your reservation is made. The insurance purchase window closes at midnight, 7 days prior to your tour/rental start date.

3. Cancel For Any Reason Insurance is 10% of the total cost and allows you to cancel your tour up to 90 minutes before the start time, or your rental by 12:00 PM the day of, and receive a full refund minus the cost of insurance.

4. For non-insured guests, reservations become non-refundable within 24 hours of tour departure or rental start — no exceptions.

5. Non-insured guests who cancel with more than 24 hours' notice will receive a refund minus the following per-person cancellation fees:

   • Tours: $25 per person

   • Standard bikes: $10 per bike

   • Electric/pedal-assist, road bikes & tandems: $17.50 per bike

   • Online booking fees are processed by a third-party platform and may not be fully refundable.

6. We ride rain or shine! Weather is not grounds for cancellation or refund. We're happy to provide rain jackets for light weather or offer the option to tour by van on rainy days. If weather is a concern, we strongly recommend purchasing Cancel For Any Reason Insurance at the time of booking.

 

     Private/Corporate Tours: A separate cancellation policy may apply. Please refer to your contract.
